Since April 2002 Rider Support Services (RSS) has been owned and managed by HHS Law Firm. Those of you unfortunate enough to have had an accident and sought help from RSS in the last 5 years will already be familiar with the name.

HHS Law Firm has specialised in road traffic accidents involving motorcyclists since 1994 and successfully concluded over 11,500 claims over the years. We continue to represent over 1,000 motorcyclists in need of support at any one time.

To avoid any confusion over who we are and what we do, HHS Law Firm is pleased to announce a change of name from HHS Law Firm to Rider Support Services – A Law Firm regulated by the Law Society.*

As a Law Firm, regrettably we are unable to continue to offer RSS Membership, though you are still welcome to register an interest in being a client of Rider Support Services, whether you choose to utilise our services immediately or at some stage in the future.

To the 35,000 members who hold an RSS membership card, we will be writing to you under separate cover about the changes in due course. In the meantime if you would like further information please e-mail whatshappening@ridersupport.co.uk and we will be happy to tell you more.

*from the 1st July 2007 the Law Society will also officially change name and be known as the Solicitors Regulation Authority
